- Self-raising flour
- 2 table spoons
- Olive oil
- 1 cup
- Milk or water
- 15 g
- Yeast
- 1 tea spoon
- Sugar
- 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 200 g
- Tomato passata
- 1 cup
- Sliced pepperoni
- 2 balls
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tea spoon
- Dried oregano
Quick, easy and delicious homemade pizza.
- Mix together the yeast and sugar with warm milk or water and leave for 15 minutes.
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the salt. Make a well in the middle. Pour the oil and yeast mix into the well. Mix slowly. Cover a bowl with a tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Put dough in the mold, forming a pizza with your hands.
- Combine tomato passata, Parmesan cheese and oregano in a small bowl. Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base. Tear the mozzarella balls and dot the pieces over the base. Season with pepper and top with pepperoni.
- Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-35 minutes. The cooking time may vary.
- Serve warm. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
